Planning and Building Approvals
A development approval may need to be obtained prior to lawfully commencing development for an educational establishment on a site. There are various development approvals that can be granted depending on the development application process that is undertaken.
The approval pathways which require written correspondence from a Registered Planner should clearly show the person's qualification and contain a signed declaration that the person is independent and does not have any direct conflict of interest in providing the verification.
